1. Scope & Sales Agreement

Widu Labs (Pvt) Ltd provides hardware companion products, desktop components, and related technologies. An order is considered placed and registered in our database once you complete the checkout flow. However, the order is only final after we verify your bank transfer payment slip screenshot.

2. Payments & Slip Verification

Since we utilize direct bank transfers for transactions:

• Buyers are required to transfer the exact total price of the purchase to the designated bank account details visible in the checkout modal.
• Uploading an authentic, clear bank payment slip image is mandatory during checkout.
• We manually review slips. If we determine that a payment slip is unreadable, duplicate, or fraudulent, the order will be cancelled.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment transfer is successfully verified, your order status will be updated to Shipped, and a package dispatch notification email containing order details will be generated. We deliver strictly to the name and destination address specified during checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.

4. Zero-Knowledge Accountability

We respect your privacy by deploying a zero-knowledge database framework. We do not store digital buyer tracking profiles. Consequently:

• You do not need to manage persistent buyer profile passwords or worry about marketing profiling database leaks.
• We collect and store your shipping details solely to complete delivery to your doorsteps.

5. Amendments & Liability

Widu Labs reserves the right to modify product specifications, inventory listing prices, or these Terms of Service at any time. We are not liable for shipment delays resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
